Mark Evans has been promoted to agent in the interactive/new media division at International Creative Management. Evans reps online content creators and producers, as well as content, such as Monty Python’s Web presence, Pythonline and Hecklers Online. Before joining ICM’s new media division in 1995, he worked in the motion picture talent department at United Talent Agency.


Isaiah Washington (“Get on the Bus”) has signed with ICM, to be repped by Chris Andrews. Washington’s other credits include “Girl 6,” “Crooklyn” and “Clockers.” He also stars in New Line’s upcoming “Loe Jones.” He had been repped by the William Morris Agency.


Michael York and Michael Sabatino have signed with Douglas, Gorham, Rothacker and Wilhelm in New York for East Coast theater, film and TV representation.


Catherine Oxenberg, Michael Woods, Vincent Trizarry and Ricky Paull Goldin have recently signed with David Shapira & Associates, to be repped by Dede Binder. Binder recently was promoted to vice president at the agency.


Billy Serow will join WMA’s commercial department as an agent, spearheading the department’s scale voice-over, on-camera and promo activities. A former actor and stage producing director, he most recently helped run Godlove, Serow & Sindlinger Casting, which he co-founded 11 years ago. He reports to Brian Dubin, WMA senior vice president who heads the New York commercial department.
