NBC named Alexandra Constantinople director of corporate media relations, completing a lineup of new PR execs working for NBC CEO Robert Wright.

Constantinople, formerly senior manager for NBC News’ media relations department, will focus on issues relating to Washington and overseas markets, and reports to Lela Cocoros, the Peacock web’s new VP of corporate com-munications, who moved from TCI.

Beth Comstock, senior VP at NBC who heads the corporate PR department, also moved from NBC News, and both shifts have created a void in that division, where Constantinople will remain until successors are named. Another former NBC News PR staffer, Lynn Gardner, recently left to join Scholastic, while the fourth, Heidi Pokorny, an-kles Feb. 7 for a PR director post at the New York Times.

Constantinople joined NBC as a publicist in 1993 from CNN, where she handled “Larry King Live,” and has re-cently worked on NBC’s “Today” and “Meet the Press.”

Separately, NBC Entertainment Wednesday named Scot Chastain director of affiliate advertising and promotion services, from manager of the department.
