The Image Bank, the Kodak-owned stock house that licenses film footage and still photos for the advertising and production businesses, has named Barbara Boster and Daryl Devlin to the newly created positions of directors of marketing development.
Boster, based in Santa Monica, will cover the West Coast, and Devlin will handle the East Coast from New York.
Working from The Image Bank’s multimillion-image library, Boster and Devlin will market the firm’s stock photo and film footage services to advertising agencies, motion picture production companies and corporate advertising managers.
Devlin, a former model with 13 years of experience in the photo and film industries, has worked in marketing and sales capacities for Film Design Group in New York, where she was a senior vice president. She also served as marketing director for Stratos Pictures, a commercial production firm, and Cabana, a post-production facility.
Boster, a 20-year vet of the agency and production business, has been an independent rep for photographers, illustrators and commercial production companies. She’s also served as VP of sales and marketing for an L.A.-based production company.
