BRC Imagination Arts has bumped Marci Carlin to VP of production. Joining BRC’s executive committee — in addition to her duties shepherding projects from concept through installation and production — Carlin has been with the company since 1985.

Fox Broadcasting Co. has promoted M.J. LaVaccare to VP of scheduling. LaVaccare, who has been manager of scheduling the past six years, will oversee day-to-day operations of the department. He’ll also be responsible for preparing competitive tracking analyses of all network programming. LaVaccare came to Fox in 1989 as a production clerk, later advancing to broadcast operations coordinator. Before joining Fox, he spent two years as a scheduler and computer programmer for Expanded Entertainment. Also, Alan Rast has been named director of video projects for creative services. He’ll handle production of electronic press kits and behind-the-scenes featurettes for Fox’s primetime product and made-for pics.

Access Television has made a few changes, bringing on Jennifer Adams as Western region affiliate sales and marketing manager, reslotting Phoebe Limebrook as Midwest region affil sales and marketing manager, bumping up Melissa Strang to director of Eastern region affiliate sales and marketing and upping Ben Ramos to tech ops director. Adams and Ramos are based in Irvine; Limebrook moves to Kansas City; and Strang works out of
