Exec Shuffle

Stephanie Grossman has been upped to VP, West Coast ad sales, at Court TV. She’ll oversee on-air and interactive advertising sales activities for the cabler on the West Coast. Grossman joined Court TV in 1995 from KTLA Los Angeles.

QVC has named Irving B. Kalick exec VP of marketing, business development and program distribution. He’ll oversee the marketing, PR and creative services departments, as well as Q Direct. Before joining QVC three years ago, Kalick was exec VP at TVSM, a cable guide publisher. Also, QVC has bumped Robb Cadigan to executive VP of programming and broadcasting. Moving up from his senior VP slot, Cadigan’s credits include “The QVC Morning Show” and “In the Kitchen With Bob.”

Chris Sloan has been named VP-creative director of marketing and promotion at Silver King Broadcasting. He segues from his post as creative director at NBC-2000.

Saban Entertainment has upped Teri Nelson from director of music administration to VP of music administration. In her new post, Nelson will be responsible for the administration of Saban and Fox Kids Network music catalogs, including contract negotiations and royalty analysis, as well as overseeing the music business issues of Fox Kids Worldwide.

Patrick Collins has been bumped to VP of sales for Camelot Entertainment Sales, the advertising sales arm of King World Prods. Before joining Camelot in 1992, Collins had stints at Hal Riney & Partners, Grey Advertising and NBC Television Sports.

Zomba Music Publishing has named Richard Blackstone senior VP.
