New Line Cinema has upped Mark Kaufman to VP, music/business affairs. Kaufman, who joined the company in 1992, will oversee the music licensing department and negotiate score soundtrack deals for New Line and Fine Line.

AOL Studios consumer content wing Greenhouse Networks has bumped Charlie Fink to senior VP and chief creative officer. Fink joined the company last year and will be responsible for creation, acquisition and development of interactive programming.

Cynthia Hudson-Fernandez has been named senior VP of the Cosmopolitan TV development project. She’ll head the development of the Hearst Entertainment Cosmopolitan brand for TV, creating original programming concepts for possible international TV expansion.

Live Entertainment has promoted Mark Roche to VP of marketing. In his new post, Roche will create and implement all homevideo marketing campaigns and develop theatrical promotions. He also will be responsible for all consumer and trade promotions. Roche joined Live in 1993 as product manager.

Eileen M. Hale has been promoted to vice president of legal affairs at Morgan Creek Prods., responsible for all legal work in theatrical production. Hale formerly was executive director of legal affairs at the Warner Bros.-based company. Before joining Morgan Creek in 1994, she had been an associate with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
