Coronet sets relaunch fete

The 50-year-old Coronet Theatre in West Hollywood will hold its grand reopening under the new ownership of Dee Gee Entertainment at 6:30 p.m. Monday with a program celebrating the facility’s history narrated by Chris-tian Slater, Gena Rowlands, Peter Falk and Nancy Travis.

Scheduled attendees include Steve Martin, Richard Dreyfuss, Dennis Franz, Sharon Lawrence, Leonard Nimoy, Cathy Moriarty, Amanda Plummer, George Segal, Joe Mantegna, Scott Wolf, Dan Lauria, Bruno Kirby, Steve Al-len and Jayne Meadows.

The Coronet’s new owners are Deborah Del Prete and Gigi Pritzker. The playhouse is the permanent home to the Playwrights Kitchen Ensemble writer discovery reading series.
