Organizers of the eighth annual Portland Creative Conference have announced the event’s slate of speakers. Speakers for the Sept. 18-20 confab include Dennis Muren, visual effects supervisor of “The Lost World,” “Twister” and “Forrest Gump”; Lee Clow, chairman of TBWA Chiat/Day; director James Sheldon; and Rosemary Brandenburg, set director for “The Peacemaker” and “The Rock.”

Eric J. Feig has joined L.A. entertainment law firm Wolf, Rifkin & Shapiro, where he’ll continue to rep his roster of TV and film actors, writers, directors and producers. Feig joins from Berton & Donaldson, where he developed a client list that includes writer Deanne Stillman (“Murder in 29 Palms”) and actors Wes Studi (“Heat”) and John Lehr (“Kicking and Screaming”).
