Oscar credits deadline

Deadline for submission of official screen credits forms to the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences is 5 p.m. Dec. 1.

The completed credits forms must be submitted for a feature to be considered for the 70th annual Academy Awards.

Forms and eligibility information can be obtained from Byerly Woodward, editor of the Academy’s Reminder List of Eligible Releases — the master list of films eligible for Academy Award nominations.

Woodward can be reached at (310) 247-3000, ext. 113. Her e-mail address is bwoodward@ampas.org.

Features cannot be included on the list for consideration if the pic’s form doesn’t meet the Acad deadline.

To qualify, a feature must open and run at least seven consecutive days in L.A. County before midnight Dec. 31.

Entries in the foreign-language, documentary and short categories are subject to special rules and must meet other qualifying criteria
