Veteran visual effects producer Jenny Fulle has signed on the Sony Pictures Imageworks team as executive producer, leading the squad in a number of new SPI f/x projects.
Fulle comes to SPI after a stint as f/x producer-consultant for DreamWorks SKG, during which she also served as effects producer on the laugher “Mouse Hunt.”
Before her DreamWorks sojourn, Fulle was the head of production at the now-defunct Warner Digital Studios, where she oversaw the f/x on dozens of films, including “Eraser,” “Apollo 13,” “True Lies,” “Bram Stoker’s Dracula” and “Batman Returns.”
Fulle, who at age 11 became the first girl to be officially allowed to play Little League baseball, began her f/x career on literally the lowest rung of the ladder: as janitor at George Lucas’ still-new Industrial Light & Magic.
She rose to become f/x production assistant on 1986’s “Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home.” While at ILM, Fulle also worked on the f/x team for “The Witches of Eastwick
