Touchstone Pictures has acquired “Exactly 3:30,” an original pitch by screenwriting duo Josann McGibbon and Sarah Parriott, for actress Sandra Bullock and producers Midge Sanford and Sarah Pillsbury to produce. The project is being developed for Bullock to star in.

Pitch, acquired by Touchstone prexy Donald DeLine and senior VP of production Todd Garner, is about a woman who is chronically late and on the verge of permanently alienating her fiance. To combat her problem and to ensure she makes it to her wedding on time, she hires a psychiatrist, with whom she ends up falling in love.

McGibbon and Parriott’s credits include “Runaway Bride,” which currently is being cast at Paramount. Their other credits include production rewrites on “Mr. Popper’s Penguins” for New Line, “Magic Hour” for New Regency and “Full Honeymoon” for Fox.

McGibbon, Parriott, Sanford and Pillsbury were repped by the Daniel Ostroff Agency. Attorney Linda Lichter also reps Sanford and Pillsbury. Bullock was repped by UTA.
