Buena Vista Home Video has upped Robyn Miller to senior veep of worldwide marketing. In the new post, some of Miller’s responsibilities will shift to a worldwide perspective.

Miller, who recently helped develop and launch several direct-to-video titles, will add the oversight of worldwide product development, production and creative in the new role, while continuing to shepherd video release marketing strategy for around 80 countries.

“Robyn’s creative intuition and marketing expertise have been critical in establishing Disney as the No. 1 video distributor internationally,” said Michael Johnson, prexy of Buena Vista Home Entertainment Worldwide, and to whom Miller reports.

During her 12-year tenure as senior veep of international, Miller was instrumental in orchestrating a number of successful marketing campaigns for such vid titles as “The Jungle Book,” “Aladdin” and “The Lion King” into worldwide record-breaking homevid releases.
