A Delaware court has given former Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer owner Giancarlo Parretti two weeks to return from Italy for sentencing on a conviction of perjury and evidence tampering.
A warrant for Parretti’s arrest was issued after he failed to appear for sentencing on Jan. 6. Parretti’s lawyer said arrangements were being made for his return. Parretti faces a prison term of up to 10 years. He could also lose $100,000 bail secured by real estate in California.-Reuters
