Anthony J. Mercurio, head of office services for the Enclave at EMI Records, died in a tractor-trailer truck accident Dec. 3 in Carlstadt, New Jersey. He was 35.

Mercurio worked for the Enclave, EMI’s alternative label, and reported to label president Tom Zutaut.

He is survived by his parents, brother and sister.

The family suggests that contributions in Mercurio’s name be sent to Sacred Heart School in New Smyrna Beach, Fla.
