JON MILLER has been named managing director of Nickelodeon Intl., Jeffrey Dunn, Nickelodeon executive vice president for strategy and business operations, announced. Miller will manage Nickelodeon’s international television businesses, developing strategies and operating plans for new and existing networks.

Former TVNZ director of programs JOHN MCCREADY has been appointed VP programming for the SBS web in Brussels. McCready consulted for the web earlier this year, before winning a three-year contract.

BBC Worldwide Americas has appointed SARA STERN LEVIN to the new position of manager of licensing. She’ll oversee U.S. marketing plans for all BBC children’s properties, including TV character Mr. Blobby and Wallace and Gromit, from Nick Park’s animated shorts.
