Delta Ventures, the rights-acquisition company set up last year by the BBC with private partners, has accumulated a library of 75 vintage films in its first six months of operation.

Delta picked up non-American rights to six Otto Preminger pix, including “The Man With the Golden Arm,” and British Commonwealth rights to four Samuel Bronston epics including “El Cid.”

Other titles include a package of British horror movies, and a number of Charlie Chaplin films.
