The hefty slate of touring shows earned $14,394,181 during Week 39 (Feb. 20-26), a 7.5% jump over the previous week.

“Grease” took $904,916 in Atlanta, and “Fiddler on the Roof grabbed a big $833,747 in Chicago. “Hello, Dolly!” did well in Cleveland, and “The Sound of Music” neared potential in Salt Lake City.

Two shows wrapped up their tryout tours and headed for Broadway – “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying” left D.C. for Gotham’s Richard Rodgers Theater, and “Translations” closed out of Boston for the Plymouth Theater.
