A sold-out house of 232 film exhibitors will be awaiting international film buyers at the 15th annual American Film Market, Feb. 23-March 3 at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel.

American Film Marketing Assn. exec VP Tim Kittleson said in a statement that pre-registrations of overseas buyers are running 18% ahead of last year, and he is predicting one of the largest turnouts ever for the indie film bazaar.

Kittleson, also exec director of the AFM, said that pre-registration of individual distribution execs is 20% ahead of 1993.

Of the 232 exhibitors, 102 are members of AFMA, 15 are financial institutions affiliated with AFMA, and 107 are exhibitors not affiliated with the indie film trade org.
