‘Last Call’ cleared in 15 markets

MCA TV Tuesday announced a spate of clearances for its new fall latenight strip “Last Call,” with the syndicator landing the Brandon Tartikoff-produced satirical syndicated series on KCOP as well as in 14 other markets.

Among those taking “Last Call” are NBC’s San Francisco affil KRON-TV, whose plans to delay “Late Night With Conan O’Brien” for the program have reportedly led the Peacock web to threaten to strip or scale back its affil agreement with the station.

According to MCA, other “Last Call” markets are Boston; Washington, D.C.; Dallas; Cleveland; Seattle; Minneapolis; Sacramento; Baltimore; Portland, Ore.; Charlotte, N.C.; Orlando and West Palm Beach, Fla.; and Greensboro, N.C.
