Susan Spencer and Mary Fisher have been named directors of promotion for Universal Studios Hollywood as part of the restructuring of its national and regional promotion efforts.
Spencer will develop and supervise multifaceted campaigns within the Southern California and Latino markets. Fisher will handle the strategic direction and implementation of broadcast supported campaigns on a national and regional basis.
Spencer joined Universal in 1991 as manager of promotion events, moving up to manager of local promotion. Before that, she held marketing positions with several entertainment companies, including Weintraub Entertainment Group and DeLaurentiis Entertainment Group.
Fisher served as director of consumer marketing for Digital Music Express.
