Bruce B. Churchill has been named senior VP of finance for Fox Inc., replacing Larry Jacobson, who’s become senior VP of finance and administration for Fox Broadcasting. Churchill, who moves to Fox from Paramount’s technology group, will be responsible for corp accounting, tax and treasury matters.

Titan Sports, parent company of the World Wrestling Federation, has hired 24-year NBC veteran Curt Block for the new post of VP of media relations and corporate communications. Joining NBC in 1969 as a sports publicist, Block rose through the ranks to VP of media relations in 1981. He will work out of Titan’s headquarters in Stamford, Conn.

DIC Entertainment has named Patricia Ryan president of international sales. Ryan, who joined the company in 1991 as VP of international sales, will oversee sales to international broadcasters and video distributors, as well as the management of co-production agreements with Silvio Berlusconi Communications and property acquisitions. Along with Ryan’s promotion, DIC named Claire Kilfoyle and Linda Garcia-Pierce managers of international sales.

Richard Milnes has been appointed VP, U.K. territory, Warner Bros. Intl. Television Distribution. Based in London, Milnes is managing director of the U.K. territory for Warners and previously held jobs at J&M Entertainment and Weintraub.

The Ruddy/Morgan Organization has tapped former Allied Stars senior production VP David List to fill a similar post. He will be involved in all stages of the process, from material acquisition through talent packaging.

In a series of appointments, EMI Records Group named Sharon Sheer senior director, compensation and benefits, with duties for the human resources information system; Jayne Grodd senior director, A&R administration, overseeing the master archive function; and Sheira Rosenberg, director, advertising & merchandising.
