Aerosmith will headline the White Nights Intl. Cultural Festival June 16-20 in St. Petersburg, Russia.

The third annual festival also will feature Run DMC, A-Ha, Whitesnake, Patti Labelle, Mr. Big, Paul Rodgers and Co., Robin S., Roger Zapp, Spain’s Miguel Bose and Latin performer Ricky Martin.

Santa Monica-based Comspan Entertainment, headed by Larry Namer, will produce the festival in collaboration with the Pediatric AIDS Foundation of Los Angeles. Part of the funds raised will be used to launch an AIDS educational campaign in Russia.

Comspan organized the 1993 First American Film Treasures (co-produced with Turner Intl.) and the Tennis Challenge featuring John McEnroe, Jimmy Connors and Bjorn Borg, both in Russia.
