Parillaud ‘Dead’ set

Anne Parillaud, Adam Coleman Howard and Amanda Plummer will topline in the surreal thriller “Dead Girl,” which begins lensing for CineTel Pictures and Peacetime Entertainment in late March.

Also starring Roger Daltrey and Emily Lloyd, “Girl” tells the story of a failed young Hollywood actor unable to separate fantasy from reality.

World of illusions

When he meets the girl of his delusional dreams in real life and falls in love, they both co-exist in a world blending his images with the reality of getting both their careers on track.

Written and helmed by Howard, who appeared in the screen version of Tama Janowitz’s “Slaves of New York,””Girl” is produced by Philippe Caland (“Boxing Helena”) and Lisa Hansen.

CineTel Films is pre-selling “Girl” in overseas territories, while currently shopping at the American Film Market for a domestic distribber.
