Camelot Corp.’s Camelot Entertainment unit got commitments that should equal about $ 1.5 million in orders for its children’seducational computer software and videos. The company said it received the commitments for the software at the recent ARMS Retail Promotion Show in Chicago.

Virgin Interactive Entertainment PLC said it has filed with the Securities & Exchange Commission for a proposed offering of American Depositary Shares, with each ADS representing one ordinary share of Virgin Interactive. The proposed offering includes 1 million ADS to be sold by the company and 850,000 to be sold by certain shareholders. The company said it has applied to get the ADS listed on Nasdaq.

Adelphia Communications Corp. said its exchange offer of $ 110 million in principal amount of its registered 10.25% senior notes due 2000, series B, for $ 110 million of its outstanding 10.25% senior notes due 2000, series A, was completed on Feb. 7. Adelphia said it has accepted the tender of $ 110 million in aggregate principal amount of its series A, or old notes. In accordance with the exchange offer, the series B, or new notes, will bear interest at a rate of 10.25% a year from Feb. 10, their date of issuance.
