The 13-year-old boy suing Michael Jackson for allegedly molesting him vividly detailed sexual encounters with the entertainer in a declaration filed Monday with the court.
It is the first time the charges have been detailed in the boy’s words.
In a four-page statement obtained by the Associated Press, the teenager said that he frequently shared a bed with the entertainer. The youth, who turns 14 today, said “the whole thing really got out of hand” on a trip to Europe. “Michael Jackson masturbated me many times both with his hand and with his mouth,” the boy said.
“It’s just a plaintiff repeating his allegations, which Mr. Jackson vehemently denies,” said attorney Howard Weitzman.
Weitzman said he may not permit a Jackson deposition, skedded Jan. 18, until an ongoing criminal investigation is concluded.
In a separate matter, Jackson’s representatives said they were in settlement negotiations with promoters who sued for $ 20 million after the pop star cancelled his “Dangerous” world tour.
