Clark to get NAB honor

The National Assn. of Broadcasters has tapped broadcast legend Dick Clark to receive its 1993 Distinguished Service Award for his “singular and extraodinary career in TV and radio.”

Clark will receive the award during opening ceremonies at NAB’s annual confab in Las Vegas in April.
