ABC reworks Sat. a.m. sked

ABC, which has placed third in Saturday-morning the last few weeks, will shuffle its children’s lineup starting Feb. 6, moving “A Pup Named Scooby Doo” and “Wild West C.O.W.-Boys of Moo Mesa” up to lead off the morning.

Those shows will be followed, in order, by “Goof Troop,””The Addams Family, “”The Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show” hour, “Land of the Lost,””Darkwing Duck,””The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh” and “ABC Weekend Specials.”

Fox Children’s Network has made strides in recent weeks with the addition of its animated half-hour “The X-Men,” and the ABC scheduling shift–timed to the February sweeps–may be an effort to blunt that success.
