Johanna Denise Kirby, actress whose photo is seen every week in ABC’s “The Wonder Years,” died Dec. 29 from septic shock.

She was 19.

Kirby died from complications of a sudden infection at Kaiser Foundation Hospital.

Kirby worked as an extra in several movies and vidpix; she was seen briefly in the film “Mr. Saturday Night.”

In the series “The Wonder Years,” her face is seen in the opening credits with students pictured in a high school yearbook.

She is survived by her parents, Dennis and Linda Kirby; a brother, and her grandparents.

Services were to be held Saturday at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel in San Bernardino, with burial at Montecito Memorial Park in Colton.
