Jeanne Lengel, mother-in-law of producer Gary Smith, died of heart failure Jan. 25 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

She was 78.

In addition to her son-in-law she is survived by two daughters, Maxine (Mrs. Gary Smith) and Ellen; four grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Services will be held today at 12 noon at Mount Sinai Cemetery in the Tenach Chapel.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to SHARE Inc. P.O. Box 1342 Beverly Hills, CA 90213.
