Tracy Ellis has joined E! Entertainment Television as director, affiliate marketing. Before joining E!, Ellis worked in publicity for Tiburon Entertainment Inc.
Lee S. Heiman has been appointed executive VP of Track Marketing Co., a Time Warner joint venture. Heiman had previously worked with Rockbill as VP of licensing and merchandising.
Gary M. Spiegel has joined Hearst Entertainment as resident counsel. He previously had been an attorney with Walt Disney Television.
Patricia J. Langer has been named VP, employment law, at NBC in New York, taking on additional administrative responsibilities while continuing to head the employment law practice group. Langer joined the web as an assistant general attorney in 1988 and was named to her most recent post two years later.
New York-based Fran Adams has been promoted from director of licensing to vice president of Bradford Licensing Associates, an agency that handles retail merchandising for ABC Daytime Entertainment.
H. Max Lummis has been named chief operating officer of St. Louis-based Koplar Enterprises, the owner of two TV stations and distributor of World Events Prods. Lummis joined Koplar in his most recent capacity as VP/CFO in 1989.
Margaret Mollo has been named VP, sales, for Turner Broadcasting’s children’s sales wing, where she will oversee all sales activity for Turner’s kids entertainment programming. Lisa Doctor has been named account executive in the division. She joined Turner’s sales wing in 1991 as a sales service executive.
