RCS Video of Milan has appointed Ann Harris head of international TV co-productions for RCS TV Prods.

The company is based at Majestic Films & Television Intl. in London.

RCS acquired a majority share in Majestic last April.

Harris was previously responsible for TV co-productions at Majestic. Her former jobs include managing Telso Intl., a subsid of TVS Television, and working as co-prod executive at Channel 4 Television.

RCS says that Harris’ appointment “marks a further step in RCS Video’s international television strategy which, it is intended, will see further international development through appointments, television productions and joint ventures during 1993 and beyond.”

Most recently, RCS Video has participated in the NBC Prods. miniseries “Jewels” and the Ken Follett/Geoff Reeve production, “Spread Eagle,” with Germany’s Tele-Munchen and BSkyB. At Mipcom 1992 RCS Video announced the formation with Tele-Munchen of a joint venture company, Hannibal, created to handle and finance international television drama.
