Vicky Gregorian has been named VP/national sales manager at New Line TV, a new position. Gregorian, who joined the company as Northeast regional director in March 1992, is the former chairman/CEO of the National Assn. of Television Program Executives.

Paul Rittenberg has been named VP, ad sales, for NBC cable networks CNBC and America’s Talking. In conjunction with the appointment, Angela Pumo becomes senior VP and general sales manager, NBC cable sales.

HBO named Camilla Carpenter VP of film programming and homevideo with responsibility for licensing feature films for HBO, Cinemax and HBO Video. Carpenter, who was director in that area, formerly worked at ABC News.

Bill Losch has been upped to veepee of asset management, MCA Development Co. He was division controller at MCA Development.

* * *

Saban Domestic Distribution upped Mark Lieber to VP/cable syndication sales and Peter Schmid to VP/general sales manager. The two had been VP of West Coast and East Coast sales.

John MacDonald has been named director of business development and strategic planning at Twentieth TV. He was an agent trainee at the William Morris Agency’s TV packaging department.

Disney Consumer Products named Tom Park VP/controller. He was at Walt Disney Imagineering.

Monte Conner was upped to VP of A&R for Roadrunner Records.

Intl. Family Entertainment named Robert Hammer VP/general manager of cable channel Cable Health Club. He will continue as director of direct market sales for IFE, which co-produces the new network with Body by Jake Inc.

Ulysse Entertainment hired Christopher Trunkey, former director of financial planning at Reeves Entertainment, as controller. Trunkey will manage accounting for the film production and distribution org, which is filming Willem Dafoe/Lena Olin/Miranda Richardson starrer “The Night and the Moment” in Paris.

George Kiefer was named VP/general manager of Pittsburgh-based Group W Vidservices. He was VP, marketing, Interstar Releasing. Kiefer also spent 17 years with Durwood Theatres, now AMC.

Dolores Morris has become an exec development consultant to DIC Entertainment , assisting in the development of new live-action and animated programs. Morris was most recently at Disney, serving as VP of production for “The Magical World of Disney” and later VP of primetime specials at Disney TV Animation.

Post-production house Varitel Video upped Frank Lide to VP, operations.
