The Kennedy Center’s National Symphony Orchestra and music director Mstislav Rostropovich will cap a two-week tour of the former Soviet Union with a free concert Sept. 26 in Moscow’s Red Square.

The eight-concert tour will include performances in the capitals of Lithuania , Latvia and Estonia. The tour is being sponsored by Baxter Intl. and the U.S. Information Agency.
