French film “Un Deux Trois Soleil” was the big winner at the third Stockholm Intl. Film Festival (Nov. 12-21). Pic, directed by Bertrand Blier, was named best film, and Marcello Mastroianni was named best actor.

Best actress was Ana Alvarez for Spain’s “La Madre Muerta,” which was also named best film by the international critics jury. Mike Leigh won the script prize for “Naked”– ironic considering the helmer’s reputation for improvising his films — and Hungarian pic “Child Murders” won the cinematography prize.

Two films shared the prize for best first film: American pic “Fear of a Black Hat” and Italian effort “Leone Pompucci.”
