Kevin Costner, Whoopi Goldberg, Garth Brooks and the feature film “A Few Good Men” were double winners and the long-running hit series “Cheers” was given a “special tribute” at the 19th annual People’s Choice Awards.The results were announced during a CBS-TV telecast last night hosted by Jane Seymour and John Ritter. The winners were determined by a Gallup Poll of more than 5,000 people nationwide. They were asked to list their favorite music, TV shows and movies.
