“Fatal Instinct” got the lone PG-13 in an ocean of Rs, including “Wide Sargasso Sea,” toned down for homevideo from its theatrical rating of NC-17, according to the 1,282nd bulletin from the Motion Picture Assn. of America’s Classification & Ratings Administration.

“Popcorn and Ice Cream” (W.P. Donnelly & Associates; “for nudity, sex scenes and some language”).

“Romeo Is Bleeding” (Gramercy Pictures; “for strong violence, language and sexuality”).

“Skeeter” (New Line Cinema; “for some sci-fi violence and gore, a scene of sexuality and some language”).

“Softly From Paris VII” (Dolmatch Group; “for strong sexuality”).

“Striking Distance” (Columbia; “for violence, strong language and a sex scene”).
