Guilds set sesh on harassment

A symposium on sexual harassment, sponsored by the Screen Actors Guild, the Directors Guild of America and the Writers Guild of America, will be held at the DGA Theatre from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Two panel discussions fill the morning session: “Prevention, Procedures and Attitudes of Leadership,” moderated by Sheila Kuehl, former director of the California Women’s Law Center, and “Guilds and Unions: Position and Procedures,” moderated by Saida Pagan of KCBS News.

The afternoon session will offer six concurrent workshops: “From the Male Point of View: For Men Only,””Psychological Effects: Victims Speak Out,””Taking Legal Action,””Personal Empowerment: How Not to Be a Victim,””How Not to Get Sued,” and “Resolution Without Litigation.”
