Fox Television Stations Inc. July 1 will redeem all of its outstanding 15 5/ 8% senior subordinated debentures due Dec. 1, 1999. Price will be $ 103.15 for each $ 100 of principal for a total of $ 27,434,806 plus accrued interest.

A $ 400 million, two-part issue of Continental Cablevision Inc. securities was priced through dealers led by Morgan Stanley & Co: $ 100 million of senior notes, due Aug. 15, 2003, was priced at par to yield 8.625%; $ 300 million of senior debentures, due Sept. 1, 2008, was priced at par to yield 9%. Both issues are rated BB- by Standard & Poor’s Corp.

PrimeStar Partners, a direct broadcast satellite service, said Cable News Network, the Nashville Network and the Family Channel will join its lineup June 1. PrimeStar, based in Bala Cynwyd, Pa., is a joint venture of Comcast, Time Warner, Tele-Communications Inc. and four other cablers.

Chicago-based General Instrument Corp., the largest manufacturer of cable TV set-top boxes, said it amended the registration for its pending convertible junior subordinated notes offer to increase its size to $ 450 million, from $ 300 million. Proceeds go to repay existing 9.5% subordinated debentures.
