Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette analyst Mark Manson downgraded the Walt Disney Co. shares rating to “moderately attractive” from “buy” mainly on a price basis.
Manson says the stock, which closed at $ 43 at year-end and hit a 52-week high of $ 45.25 on Dec. 29, had nearly reached his target price of $ 45 to $ 50 in recent weeks.
Disney shares closed down 25 cents to $ 42.75 on NYSE-composite volume of 1. 15 million shares compared with average daily volume of 1.3 million.
