Johnson on board at ‘Current Affair’

Alexander Johnson, who most recently served as a correspondent on Tribune’s defunct Geraldo Rivera strip “Now It Can Be Told,” has joined Twentieth TV’s “A Current Affair” as a correspondent.

Johnson is also rumored to be in line for the co-anchor slot with Maureen O’Boyle on the weekend edition of “Affair,” an appointment that could come this fall.

His experience includes stints as a producer-reporter for Paramount’s “Hard Copy” and as a field producer for Tribune’s “Geraldo.”
