Fox’s ‘Wanted’ to help find kids

Fox Broadcasting affiliates and the Fox program “America’s Most Wanted” are teaming with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children to help locate missing kids.

Announcement was made yesterday at the National Press Club, where “America’s Most Wanted” host John Walsh was among the attendees.

Under the plan, Fox affils throughout the country will air bulletins that include the missing child’s photo and a description of events surrounding the disappearance. An 800 number will be provided so that viewers may call “America’s Most Wanted” for information on missing children.

“America’s Most Wanted” plans to feature missing-children reports nationally in its Friday night broadcasts.
