RHI TV Sales gets new look, adding industry vets

Following New Line Television’s takeover of management services for RHI Television Sales (Daily Variety, Oct. 21), the newly restructured syndie wing has been staffed with several industry vets.

New Line TV veep David Spiegelman, who joined the company in March from Carolco TV, will assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of RHI TV Sales.

Marc Brody moves from Television Program Enterprises, where he was an account exec, to become VP/general sales manager of the newly constituted sales org.

New Line TV prez Robert Friedman named two new regional directors as well.

Vicky Gregorian, a former chairwoman of the National Assn. of Television Program Executives and ex-program director of WHLL-TV in Boston, will handle the East Coast.

Former Viacom and Tribune Entertainment sales exec Joe Boyle will oversee product in the Midwest.

On the West Coast, RHI TV Sales has named Don Tillman, McCarty & Co. (Tillman recently left KTTV as program director after many years at the station) as its sales rep.

The immediate objective of the new sales force is to launch its “New Line One” package of theatricals and telepix.
