Jeanne Wolf’s new duties as Special Report TV entertainment reporter that were announced in Friday’s paper are in addition to, not instead of, her continuing stint with “A Current Affair” and her syndicated national radio show.Jeanne Wolf is joining Special Report TV as entertainment editor. Special Report is a one-hour biweekly TV seriesproduced by Whittle Communications. The series appears in 12 million doctors’ offices, according to the company. Prior to joining Special Report, Wolf was a reporter at “A Current Affair,” and host of a daily national radio program on Hollywood. Pamela Wallin will join Peter Mansbridge as co-anchor of pubcaster CBC’s “Prime Time News,” the web’s revamped 9 p.m. newshour. A 20-year broadcast veteran, Wallin leaves a position as co-host of “Canada AM,” a morning news magazine show on private national net CTV. The announcement was made by CBC VP of news and current affairs TimKotcheff, who also recently made the move from CTV to CBC. “Prime Time News” will debut Nov. 2. Stephen L. Hansen has been named to new post of senior veep and chief financial officer at Universal Studios Hollywood. Hansen is a 13-year veteran of KPMG Peat Marwick in Los Angeles.
