Orion Pictures filed 10-Qs for its 1993 first and second fiscal quarters, ending May 31 and Aug 31, 1992, respectively, with the Securities & Exchange Commission on Friday.
The first-quarter summary of the company’s financial status was due July 16.
The delay stemmed from the company’s filing of a Chapter 11 petition last December and its efforts to develop a restructuring plan.
The restructuring led to a delay in the auditing and accounting work necessary to comply with SEC requirements.
Viacom Radio and Noble Broadcast Group have agreed in principle to an exchange of radio stations in Seattle and Denver. Under the swap agreement, Viacom will acquire KNDD-FM in Seattle, the nation’s 13th-ranked market, from Noble. In turn, Noble will acquire Viacom’s KHOW-AM/FM in Denver, the 24 th-ranked market.
The deal was made possible by the Federal Communications Commission’s decision earlier this year to boost the number of stations that an owner can control in one market.
Graff Pay-Per-View Inc. posted a net income of $ 351,719 (7 cents a share) for the third quarter, ended Sept. 30, compared to $ 1.5 million (48 cents) in the same quarter last year.
The results for 1991 include a one-time gain of $ 1.5 million (41 cents ). The company posted a 36% increase in operating income for the third quarter in 1992.
Revenues were up 18.4% to $ 3.36 million, for the quarter, from $ 2.8 million in the comparable period.
