Producer-actress Shelley Duvall has acquired all shares in Think Entertainment from her cable MSO partners, Tele-Communications Inc., United Artists Entertainment and Newhouse Broadcasting.

Duvall confirmed that the cable partners wanted out and that a financial transaction was involved in resolving ownership of the 3-year-old company.

The company will continue to operate under the aegis of Armadillo Prods., the company Duvall established prior to Think. Also continuing to operate is Duvall’s Platypus Prods., which also existed prior to Think and produces such cable projects as “Faerie Tale Theatre.”

Projects in the works include “Call Of The Wild” for TNT; a miniseries, “Mars Run,” for HBO; “Stories For Growing Up,” on Nickelodeon Feb. 23 to 24; and a children’s series on Showtime.

Duvall also reports development projects with CBS and NBC, and an ABC telefilm with Roseanne Barr and Tom Arnold.

On the theatrical side, Duvall reports Think is in partnership with producer Michael Rackmil (“Flatliners” and “Roxanne”) on two projects.
