Monica Strickland, 24, former professional figure skater who most recently worked as an assistant to producer Marty Tenney on ABC’s “The Home Show,” died Feb. 7 after a car accident near Gallup, N.M.

As a figure skater, Strickland toured the U.S., Europe and Asia as a featured performer with several companies.

Survived by her mother.
