Bob Leslie

Bob Leslie, 64, actor, comedian and writer whose career spanned films and Broadway, died Feb. 4 in Los Angeles of undisclosed causes.

Leslie’s film credits include “Catch The Black Sunshine,” “Mako, Jaws Of Death” and Cheech & Chong’s “Nice Dreams.”

He performed in such Broadway productions as “Mr. Wonderful” with Sammy Davis Jr. and “Ziegfeld Follies” with Beatrice Lillie, and was featured in the original play “Busy Dyin'” at the Arena Stage in Washington, D.C.

He also was a writer for comedians Alan King, Jan Murray and singer Julius LaRosa.

Survived by three sons, a daughter and his mother.
