During the tour, the song “Heaven Help My Heart” was moved from the first to the second act. The tour closed at the Orange County Performing Arts Center in May 1990.

Lawfirm Abeles, Osterberg & Clark, counsel for music publisher Acuff/Rose, was incorrectly identified (VARIETY, April 15).

It was incorrectly reported that Rep. John Dingell (D-Mich.) had been told the Federal Communications Commission would vote 5 to 0 in support of new finsyn rules once the tv networks were granted full foreign syndication rights (VARIETY, April 15). It was FCC commissioners Sherrie Marshall, Ervin Duggan and Andrew Barrett who were led to believe the vote would be unanimous.

The review of Walnut Street Theater’s “How It Was Done In Odessa” (VARIETY, April 29) was written by Paul.
