Academy Seeking Nicholl Contenders

Entries are being sought for the sixth annual Nicholl Screenwriting Fellowships by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences. This year the competition is open for the first time to writers worldwide whose scripts are originally written in English.

As many as five $20,000 fellowships will be awarded through the program. Entrants may not have sold, optioned or worked professionally on a screenplay or teleplay. Deadline for entries is June 1. Application information is available from the Academy.
