Title of this Bill Cosby-Robert Culp starrer might indicate comedy, but action pairs former stars of pop I Spy teleseries, making their first appearance together since they were down-at-the-heel private eyes operating just outside the law.

Culp makes his directorial bow and Fouad Said, who started in the industry as cameraman on I Spy series, debuts as a producer. Latter should have paid more attention to story line of the Walter Hill screenplay, which suffers through audience never being entirely certain as to the identity of some of the characters.

Dicks are employed to find a missing femme and become innocently involved in search for a $400,000 haul stolen from a Pittsburgh bank. Somehow, the femme is connected with missing loot but audience is never let in on secret.
